Our perfumes are sourced from authentic, trusted suppliers and are intended to be of high quality.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product (packaging, label design, etc.).
We reserve the right to update product descriptions, specifications, and availability without prior notice.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice.
The price displayed at the time of order placement is the price you will pay.
Shipping fees are separate and clearly indicated during checkout.
We reserve the right to correct any obvious pricing errors on our website. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.
3. Ordering and Payment
Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website:
You must provide accurate and complete delivery information (name, address, phone number, etc.).
You must provide an active and reachable phone number for delivery coordination.
You are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart.
We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason (for example, product unavailability or incomplete information).
Payment
All payments are processed securely through Flutterwave.
Payment must be completed before order processing begins.
We accept card payments, bank transfers, and USSD payments (as supported by Flutterwave).
Your order will only move to processing after successful payment confirmation.
Order Changes and Cancellation
Once payment is confirmed and your order has entered processing, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in the limited situations described in Section 5 (Refund and Return Policy).
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Methods
We deliver orders using reliable third-party logistics partners, which may include:
Bus waybill services (major transport companies)
GIG Logistics
Other reputable courier or delivery companies, depending on your location and availability
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after your order has been processed, depending on your location.
Deliveries within Lagos are usually faster, but exact delivery times may still vary.
Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control (weather, traffic, public holidays, logistics delays, etc.).
Where available, we will provide tracking information or delivery details.
Shipping Fee
A flat shipping fee of ₦3,000 applies to orders nationwide, unless stated otherwise on our website.
The shipping fee is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, except where we are at fault as described in Section 5.
Delivery Requirements
To ensure successful delivery, you must:
Provide an accurate and complete delivery address, including street name, house number, city, and state.
Maintain an active and reachable phone number so the delivery partner can contact you.
Ensure that you or an authorised representative is available to receive the package.
Important: If your order is returned to us because of:
Inactive or unreachable phone number
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
Failure to collect the package from the bus park, driver, courier office, or delivery agent
Repeated unavailability to receive the package
then you will be required to pay a new shipping fee for re-delivery.
In some cases (e.g. bus waybill), you may need to contact the driver/transport company directly to coordinate collection using the details we provide.
5. Refund and Return Policy
Because perfumes are personal-care products that can be easily used or tampered with, we have a strict but clear refund and return policy.
5.1 General Position
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, it is not refundable and cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind or no longer want the product.
Once you receive the product, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds if the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
However, if there is a clear fault from our end, we will work with you to resolve it.
5.2 When a Refund or Replacement May Be Available
A refund or replacement may be approved only in the following situations:
Order not sent: We are unable to dispatch your order after payment, and we notify you accordingly.
Order lost in transit (not customer's fault): The order is lost or goes missing during delivery through no fault of yours, and the courier or transport company cannot provide proof of delivery.
Wrong, damaged, or defective product (our fault): You receive the wrong product, or the product arrives damaged or clearly defective.
In these cases:
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence.
The product must be unused and, where possible, in its original packaging.
After confirming the issue, we may offer a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.
Where we are clearly at fault, we will cover reasonable return or re-delivery costs.
5.3 Situations Where No Refund or Return Is Provided
Refunds or returns will not be provided if:
Your phone number was inactive or unreachable during delivery attempts.
The delivery address you provided was incorrect or incomplete.
You were unavailable to receive the package after reasonable attempts by the courier.
You did not collect the package from the bus park/driver/courier when notified, and it was returned or lost as a result.
You changed your mind after payment was processed or after receiving the product.
You simply do not like the scent after use, or feel it does not "last long enough" for your personal preference.
The product has been opened, used, tampered with, or is no longer in saleable condition, except where we confirm a fault from our end as described in 5.2.
If your order is returned to us for customer-related reasons (wrong address, unreachable phone, failure to collect, etc.), you may:
Request that we resend the product, subject to payment of a new shipping fee, and
Coordinate again with the courier or transport company for delivery or pickup.
6. Customer Obligations
As a customer, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information during checkout.
Maintain an active and reachable phone number until delivery is completed.
Ensure you or an authorised representative is available to receive your order.
Inspect your package upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours.
Bear the cost of re-delivery if the order is returned due to your fault (as outlined in Sections 4 and 5).
7. Product Authenticity and Quality
We source our perfumes from trusted and reputable suppliers and take reasonable steps to ensure authenticity and quality.
Products are inspected and carefully packaged to reduce the risk of damage in transit.
Product names and brands mentioned on our website are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with these brand owners unless explicitly stated.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
ScentBar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or products.
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.
We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. courier issues, force majeure, weather, public holidays, government actions).
We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided by you (e.g. wrong address or unreachable phone number).
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of ScentBar or our licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
Product names and brands mentioned are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
